Move beyond technique to understand the basic structure of the drum solo and how to improvise to it.  Malia gives you tools to handle rhythm recognition, what to do when you get stuck, how to anticipate the next phrase, structuring your improv, and more!  Great for performing to CD or live music.  Wear comfortable clothing.

Join several Zamani and Bella Rosa students as they dance to the live music of George and Bahaa Sadak.  For many, this is their first experience with a live performance.  $7 entry at the door.

This debut event showcases some of the Pacific NW’s most influential and esteemed performer.  Held at the prestigious Seattle Art Museum
